"F*ck Pills, Therapists, and Gurus - I'll sort this fucking shit out myself."

It began when my life understood purpose, a time where many of our lives become more purposeful, the point of significant trauma. After my last failed suicide attempt, I had hit rock bottom, realizing that the only way I had left to go was up. When trauma happens, the three critical connections separate inside us—the connection of breath, the connection to ourselves, and the connection of movement—which is why so many people get stuck in the past.

Makes sense, right? So why are we not just told that by the doctors, therapists, and gurus?
